Recipe:

Pizza crust
๐Ÿ• 2.5 cups flour
๐Ÿ• 2 1/4 tsp active yeast.
๐Ÿ• 1 T coconut sugar
๐Ÿ• 3/4 tsp salt .
๐Ÿ• 1 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp of dried Italian seasoning. 1 T of vegetable stock seasoning
๐Ÿ• 2 Tbsp olive oil.
๐Ÿ• 1 cup warm water

Method:
1. Add your yeast to the warm water. Then add sugar. Stir briefly and then leave in a warm place. Leave for 10 mins or until foamy.
2. Add all remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Add olive oil to yeast mixture. Add more flour if too runny/add more water if too doughy. Leave to rise covered, for at least an hour.
4. Roll out dough

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to 350F.
2. Spread a layer of basil pesto on your dough.
3. Layer on your mozzarella & toppings.
4. Spread some vegan butter to the crust to make it more golden during baking.
5. Bake for 20 minutes.

Basil pestoโ€จ1 cup fresh basil leaves (packed)โ€จยฝ cup pine nuts, toastedโ€จ1 clove garlic โ€จ1/2 tsp of miso pasteโ€จยฝ cup extra virgin olive oil
Juice of half a lemonโ€จSalt and ground black pepper to taste
1 tsp of onion powder
Blend all together!
