Maple Hoisin Tofu Gua Baos 👀🌿
Let me know if you want a piece or two! 👇🏼 these are basically like a tofu version of the hoisin mushroom gua baos I previously made. But instead, I used my Maple Hoisin Tofu recipe that has a really delicious sweet and savoury sauce for these. Used the tofu as a filling, along with some pickled cucumber + carrots, crushed peanuts, chili, cilantro, and some green onions!
I prepped the steamed buns the day before and just stored them at room temp in an air-tight container and pickled the veg overnight. I then just steamed the buns again and prepared the tofu the next day so it was so easy to put these together.
