Street crime in the country and especially in Karachi has been rampant for years. People of Karachi have suffered snatchings, kidnappings and even murders and the people in the city are still haunted by the memories of gangs and gang wars. And actor Shahroz Sabzwari has also been a victim of one of these crimes as he revealed the story on a show.
Shahroz Sabzwari was a guest with his family members on Rabia Anum’s Eid show where he revealed that he was once travelling late while his cousin Momal Sheikh was getting married. A notorious kidnapping gang stopped him and got into the car. They took away his phone and money.
Shahroz revealed that he had two bank cards which they made him use at different ATMs to withdraw money. Shahroz and Behroze Sabzwari said that they thank Allah that the kidnappers did not recognize him to be a famous actor’s son and let him go after a few hours or things could have taken a much darker turn.
