He further said that 30 years have passed since the issue of match-fixing but Pakistan Cricket Board has not planned to beat South Africa and Australia and Pakistan has not been able to win Test series in Australia and South Africa till date.
It may be recalled that in the quarter final match of the 1996 World Cup held in Bangalore, India, Pakistan was defeated by India by 39 runs.
Wasim Akram was in charge of the team in this World Cup but he did not join the team due to injury before the important match of the quarter finals on which the duties of captaincy were handed over to Amir Sohail.
